The compact power of Power D+
We would like to present Power D+, a compact yet powerful controller, perfect for high complexity machines. This ALL IN ONE system can manage up to 28 interpolating axes, both using traditional methods (+/- 10V and/or Step/Direction) and using a fieldbus such as CANopen, EtherCAT or Mechatrolink-II.
Ideal for extremely fast work cycles, Power D+ supports both ISO programming for large files and macro mode for a high number of axes and/or on board components. Its advanced functions make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including systems with multiple interpolating Cartesian axes and machines with multi-axis electronic CAM, where synchronisation is crucial.
Like the majority of the Power family, it is an embedded system that offers extended modularity in terms of inputs and outputs, with the ability to expand up to 215 digital I/O and 29 analogue I/O using optional boards, along with the option of additional I/O expansions on the various types of bus.
The Power D+ controller also stands out for its wide range of displays, from 7’’ to 18’’, available with resistive or capacitative touch screens that can be combined with customisable membrane keyboards, completing our range of products with a versatile and high performance solution.
